ENTRANCE FEE

1. Entrance fee for all guests is Php 250.00 / per day
2. All Participating Tattoo Artists, Collectors/Models shall pay an Entrance Fee of Php250.00 per day.
3. Only Exhibitors and Tattoo Artists who have rented booth space shall be exempt from entrance fees (free entrance) for the two (2) days of the event.
4. Non-participating artists shall pay Php 250.00 / per day.

CONTEST RULES

1. All local entries must be screened at Skinworkz tattoo and body piercing at Pasilyo D-19 Cartimar Arcade, Pasay City.
2. The Competition is open to all Filipino and Non-Filipino Tattoo Artist and collectors with or without membership in any organization.
3. A Collector can also join as many entries as he / she wishes in any applicable category / categories.
4. All tattoo entries except those registered for the "Tattoo of the Day" category must be totally healed at the time of judging. There must be no scabs, and flakes on the tattoo.
5. The organizers have the right to disqualify any contestants who display any untoward behavior during the competition.
6. Only Exhibitors/Tattoo artists who have rented booth space shall be allowed to participate in the “Tattoo of the day” Category.
7. All participants for the “Tattoo of the Day” category are required to bring their own model, additional lights, tattoo equipment, etc.
8. "Tattoo of the Day" competitors must wear sterile gloves and mask while working on their entry.
9. All participants for the “Tattoo of the Day” can render their service after their time limit expires.
10. Screening and registration for tattoo categories starts August 20 and ends Sept 12, 2009. Deadline of registration on September 12 shall strictly be imposed. There will be no extension of registration dates, and any late entrants/registry shall not be entertained.
11. All Tattoo entries shall be subject to screening at Skinworkz Tattoo & Body Piercing located at D-19 Cartimar Shopping Complex, Pasay City on the specified date, before being deemed eligible to participate in the competition.
12. All tattoo entries must pass the screening and have paid the registration fee before they will be considered “Officially registered” for their appropriate categories.
13. Cancellation of registered entries and/or requests for change of category shall not be accepted/entertained once the Tattoo entry is “Officially Registered”
14. Registration fees shall be forfeit if the participant pushes through with the cancellation.
15. All Tattoo entries that have won in any previous "Dutdutan" competition/events are not eligible for re-entry and participation in any Dutdutan 2009.
